1. Acceptance of terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products & ordering

All product descriptions, imagery, and pricing are subject to change without notice. We endeavour to ensure accuracy at all times; however, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• Your purchase is for personal or household use only, unless otherwise agreed

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change based on your location and order size.

Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.

4. Delivery & handling

We take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders to preserve the quality and integrity of our products. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary due to factors outside our control.

• Orders are dispatched on selected business days only (Tuesday & Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Perishable goods are shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect delivery addresses
• Delivery is available to selected postcodes within Australia only

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the nominated address.

5. Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number.

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, and branding — is the property of Wagyu Warehouse and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wagyu Warehouse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or products purchased through it. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant order.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or as required by law.

9 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
