Description

Experience the exceptional richness of authentic Japanese Wagyu with our Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Tasting Set. Featuring three carefully selected cuts of A5 Japanese Wagyu with an outstanding BMS 11+ marbling score, this premium set offers an indulgent introduction to the flavour, tenderness and delicate texture of Kagoshima Wagyu.

The set includes A5 Rib Yakiniku Slice, Chuck Roll Yakiniku Slice and Karubi Slice. Each cut offers its own distinctive character, from the rich and juicy flavour of rib and karubi to the balanced tenderness and deep umami of chuck roll.

Thanks to its exceptional marbling, the fat gently melts during cooking, creating a buttery texture and rich flavour that requires only light seasoning. Perfect for Japanese-style yakiniku, special occasions, intimate dinners or as a premium gift for Wagyu lovers.

Tasting set includes:

  • Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Rib Yakiniku Slice – approx. 150g
  • Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Chuck Roll Yakiniku Slice – approx. 150g
  • Kagoshima A5 Wagyu Karubi Slice – approx. 150g
  • Total weight – approx. 450g
  • Grade – Japanese Wagyu A5, BMS 11+
  • Origin – Kagoshima, Japan

For the best experience, cook each slice briefly over high heat until lightly seared. Avoid overcooking to preserve the Wagyu’s delicate texture, natural sweetness and melt-in-the-mouth marbling.
