Celebrate Mid-Autumn Festival the traditional way — gathered around a steaming pot with family. Available for pre-order this season, our Mid-Autumn Hotpot Box brings together five premium cuts, thinly sliced and ready to swish, for a warming reunion dinner at home.

The selection includes A5 Round, A5 Chuck Roll and A5 Sirloin slices for a delicate, buttery bite, alongside a generous portion of MB9+ Chuck Roll for deeper, heartier flavour, and Long Ox Tongue slices for a satisfying contrast in texture. Each cut is sliced paper-thin, ready to cook in seconds.

For the best result, gently swish each slice through simmering broth for just a few seconds until it changes colour, then dip in the included Tare or Shio sauce. The ox tongue benefits from a slightly longer simmer to bring out its distinct savoury flavour.

With approximately 1.1kg of premium wagyu and ox tongue, this box is perfect for a Mid-Autumn reunion dinner, or as a thoughtful gift for someone who loves hotpot.
