Description

Discover the distinctive flavour and texture of premium ox tongue with our Wagyu Ox Tongue Platter. Featuring three different cuts and preparations, this carefully curated selection offers a varied tasting experience for yakiniku lovers and adventurous BBQ diners.

The platter includes thin Long Ox Tongue Slices, visually impressive Mango-Cut Ox Tongue and richly flavoured Wagyu Ox Tongue Slices. Each style provides a different texture, from tender and delicate slices to thicker, satisfyingly springy bites.

With approximately 500g of meat, this platter is ideal for Japanese-style yakiniku, tabletop grilling, BBQ gatherings or sharing as part of a larger Wagyu feast. Ox tongue cooks quickly and pairs beautifully with simple seasonings such as salt, black pepper, lemon juice or yakiniku sauce.

Platter includes:

  • Long Ox Tongue Slice – approx. 100g
  • Mango-Cut Ox Tongue Slice – approx. 200g
  • Wagyu Ox Tongue Slice – approx. 200g
  • Total weight – approx. 500g

For the best results, grill over high heat until lightly browned on both sides. Avoid overcooking to retain the ox tongue’s tenderness, juiciness and signature springy texture.
